Measurement of suspension
For Senior and Reserve Team football, players MUST serve his/her suspension for the senior team (NOT Welsh Premier/JD Cymru/Welsh League teams) within the club.
For Sunday League Team football, players MUST serve his/her suspension for the Sunday League Team.
For Youth League Team football, players MUST serve his/her suspension for the youth League Team, if the youth team player reaches the upper age for playing youth football, the player must serve that suspension with his/her next registered club.
For Academy & Junior Football Team football, players must serve his/her suspension with their registered Junior Club and NOT their Academy team, if the Junior team player reaches the upper age for playing Junior football, the player must serve that suspension with his/her most senior club the player registers for.
For Futsal Team football, players MUST serve his/her suspension for the Futsal senior team within the club.
For Club Officials, they MUST serve their suspension for the senior team (NOT Welsh Premier/Welsh League teams) within the club.
FAW Trophy, FAW Welsh Cup, FAW Youth Cup FAW Women’s Cup and FAW girls u-16 Cup will be treated as insular within each cup. Therefore, any player(s) and/or team official(s) sent off in a league game would not be suspended for an FAW Trophy, FAW Welsh Cup, FAW Youth Cup FAW Women’s Cup and FAW girls u-16 Cup match. Likewise, any player(s) and/or team official(s) sent off in an FAW Trophy, FAW Welsh Cup, FAW Youth Cup match FAW Women’s Cup and FAW girls u-16 Cup would not be suspended for a league match and would be suspended in the FAW Trophy, FAW Welsh Cup, FAW Youth Cup FAW Women’s Cup and FAW girls u-16 Cup until they complete their suspension in the respective cup.
