SWFA > Competitions > Women's & Girls' Cups

The junior cups were part of UK-wide competitions organised by Tesco plc which the South Wales FA first participated in for the 2007/08 season. The Tesco sponsorship ended in 2011/12 but it has decided that the competitions will still continue. Prior to 2011/12, the winners of competitions arranged by each County FA took part in a Welsh finals day with the Welsh overall Champion then going on to represent Wales in the UK national final.

At the start of the 2016/17 season, the South Wales FA launched the SWFA Women's Cup for all senior women's teams within the South Wales area.
